The Project consists of the construction of a new, 49,000 sq. ft. (approx.) STEM educational facility comprised of a single 3-story building with West Wing and North Wing, surrounding a central courtyard. The facility will provide classrooms, laboratories, faculty offices and support facilities, and associated site work.

Project Synopsis:

Provide  Trap Primers for all floor drains inaccessible locations with access panels. Produce detailed shop drawings and penetration drawings of all three levels and roof with elevations and dimensions for every item in the BIM plumbing and mechanical system. Provide flanged connections at each piece of equipment and on both sides of control valves. Provide hangers adjacent to elbows to prevent the weight of piping from being placed on the equipment. Provide BIM clash-free model and coordination services for HVAC for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and roof.
