Austin Community College District is a community college in Austin, Texas Metropolitans Area. The college was established in 1973 and is among the largest colleges in Texas. It comprises of 11+ campuses with 100+ fields of study A major renovation work including HVAC, mechanical and plumbing design was planned at ACC BIM Services LLC helped in modelling and coordination of MEP services incorporating HVAC and plumbing. We created a BIM model in collaboration with other Engineering Company to study new clashes. We also assisted in redesigning the various services required for new ducts and clashes. We used Revit to create BIM models, and the clash coordination/detection was done with the help of Naviswork.
