Bay High Stem Center is a two-story building having a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) facility. The first phase of the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics building will cost about $5.5 million and is expected to take 12 to 16 months to complete.

Project Synopsis:
Provide BIM clash-free model and coordination services for HVAC for Level 1 and Level 2. Coordinate routing and clearances of all ductwork with the building structure. Provide appropriately sized duct access doors at each automatic control dampers, manual volume damper, and all other control and airflow balancing devices mounted in the ductwork. Install fire dampers, smoke dampers, and fire stopping at all mechanical system penetrations of rated walls and ceiling assemblies as shown on the architectural drawings. Provide scaled layout drawings of all ductwork in mechanical rooms and all areas of the building with tight clearances.
