This project consists of the new construction of Kingwood Middle School on Woodland Hills in Kingwood, TX. The new school will consist of gymnasiums, black box theater, library, administration, classrooms, kitchen and cafeteria, career technology classrooms, and art rooms. Once construction is complete on the new Kingwood Middle School, the old school will be demolished and the site work will include a new track, soccer field, practice field, detention, and outdoor courtyard.

Project Synopsis:

Coordinate Electrical equipment with piping and ductwork and provide adequate working clearance. Mark all junction and pull boxes noting circuits contained. Provide pad layout for Electrical equipment. Produce shop drawings for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and roof with detailed 2D sections for enhanced clarity. Provide BIM clash-free model and coordination services for Electrical for all levels.Provide penetration drawings. Attend BIm coordination meeting on behalf of the client to gather information.
