This project is concerned with the renovations of two fully designed buildings 310 and 333 located at JBSA-Lackland AFB. The project delivery method is Design-Bid-Build (DBB). The renovation needs to provide a code-compliant open-office concept where possible while retaining the security and a code-compliant elevator. 

Scope- Ducting and Plumbing

Project Synopsis:

Provide all materials, valves, hangers, fixtures, equipment, and  as required by code. Coordinate all wall and roof penetrations with structural and architectural plans. Provide structural equipment pads following structural drawings and specifications. Coordinate construction of all plumbing and mechanical work with other disciplines. Locate all plumbing and mechanical equipment for unobstructed access to unit access panels, controls, and valves. Provide detailed shop drawing with elevations and dimensions for every item in the BIM mechanical and plumbing system. Provide BIM 3D clash-free model for Mechanical and Plumbing.
