Scope- BIM Coordination

Project Synopsis:

The project NACCU involved BIM coordination for two levels. A detailed BIM Execution Plan (BEP) was prepared and shared with everyone involved in coordination. As a part of BIM Coordination, trades’ representatives got together on weekly basis to discuss clashes in a combined trades’ model. For each meeting, a Navisworks Document (nwd) was developed with viewpoints reflecting clashes assigned to trades. Items like running a clash test, suggesting solutions to resolve the clashes, generation of RFI’s and ASI’s are discussed in the hour long weekly meetings.
