The hospital is slated for a site at the northwest corner on land contributed by the San Antonio Medical Foundation. This project is expected to cost $400 million to $430 million and take roughly three years to complete. The hospital is expected to create 750 to 800 new jobs and accommodate 130 additional residency slots on the UT Health San Antonio campus.

Scope- Ducting and Plumbing

Project Synopsis:

Field coordinate with other trades for Ducting and Plumbing. Provide fire and smoke damper in all ductwork that penetrates a fire-rated and smoke partition wall respectively. Provide necessary duct transitions for all air terminal and fan coil duct connections. Install hot, cold, and vent piping above the ceiling and waste piping below the ceiling. Provide detailed shop drawing with elevations and dimensions for every item in the BIM ducting and plumbing system.

Provide BIM 3D clash-free model for Ducting and Plumbing.
