Texas Park and Wildlife

Department is a Texas state agency that oversees and protects wildlife and their habitats. Headquartered in Austin its mission is to manage and conserve the natural resources of the state of Texas. BIM Services was hired by the Mechanical Contractor to create BIM/CAD designs for A.E Wood fish Hatchery which is managed by Texas Park and Wildlife Department. The 33,000 square foot building includes a modern incubation room, shipping, and holding troughs, and production raceways. We created the complete shop drawings required for this project. BIM services created CAD designs of the entire Incubator room and Mechanical room for the A. E. Wood fish hatchery. BIM Services also assisted on the project by extracting accurate information from the model, such as quantities take off BOM/BOQ which ensured added value to the project.
